Locating of area which is the responsibility of the organiser : 1 technician
Duration of the spectacle: 01 h 00, without intervals
Necessary surface: 40 m x 12 m x 10 m high. Not included the space for public.
Stage space: 30 m x 12 m x 10 m high
Placement of the public: At both long sides of the rectangle
Type of ground: flat, without obstacles. In case of lawn, the grass shall be mowed as short as possible. Possibility to put the pegs to 1,20 meters. If not possible, for the security of the portico 6 weights of concrete of 500 Kg. each and 8 of 200 kg each will be necessary (see list other material)
Access for 3,5 t lorries, 2,20 meters wide 3 meters high.. Supply a city plan, with the roads with lorry access. The vehicles will be allowed to park near the place of the presentation
Must be operational since the setting up until finishing the dismantling.The connections must be done by a qualified electrician.
Spectacle at day:
Two connections Tri 25 Amp/Ph + protection 500 mA, at both sides of the rectangle, not more than 10 meters away from the stage space (see the enclosed plan)
Spectacle at night:
One connection Tri 63Amp/Ph + protection 500 mA, not more than 10 meters away from the musicians and one connection Tri 25Amp/Ph + protection 500 mA, at the opposite side.
Necessary water supply to install a pipe. The connexion must be operational since the beginning of the setting up until the end of the last spectacle. The water will be used during the spectacle.
If not possible putting the pegs in the ground, for the security of the portico 6 weights of concrete of 500 Kg. each and 8 of 200 kg each will be necessary
According to the ground of the representation place, 4 m3 (6 t) of sand may be required to cover the surface and the material to spread it. Material and staff required to cleaning it after the last spectacle

A space with a table and an iron

10 bottles of mineral water per day since the first day of the setting up until the last day of the dismantling.
Toilettes: since the first day of the setting up: 2 WC close to the place of the spectacle. If there is no public WC close to the place, supply 1 bloc of WC.
Storage: a storage area, closed, safe and with toilettes, near the place of the spectacle is required, for the maintenance and additional works on the costumes and accessories. It will be also used to store our material and musical instruments.
If the representation is at daylight : For the assembling by night, 4 quartz of 1.000 W and electrical cables for the connection with the electrical board
To confirm before the arrivel of the company :
Bales of hay 15 to 20 Kg: For one representation: 3 Bales of hay the day of the setting up and one bale more for a supplementary representation.
3 bags of 50 liters of earth and a ½ bag of 50 liters for a supplementary representation.
The morning of the assembling 1 person required to clean and iron 20 pieces of wardrobe
In case of bad weather, electrical radiators or other system will be necessary to dry the wardrobe

Beginning of the assembly : At 9 o'clock the day before the representation
Personnel required for electrical connections:
Qualified staff to make the electrical connections at the beginning of the assembly
Personnel required during the assembly
4 persons for unloading and setting up the scenography during all the day of assembly. (8 hours approximately with a break for lunch). In case of using sand, these 4 persons should collaborate in spreading it and cleaning after the last spectacle.
1 sound technician during the assembly and representation. (8 hours approximately with a break for lunch).
1 lighting technician (if the spectacle is at night) to collaborate with the technician of the company during the assembly and the lighting direction carried out the day before the first spectacle. (8 hours approximately with a break for lunch).
1 person to iron: (4 hours in the morning ). If there is more than one spectacle, a cleaning service is required for the costumes (20 pieces of wardrobe approximately)
1 sound technician since 2 hours before until the end of the spectacle.
If the spectacle is at night, 1 lighting technician since 2 hours before until the end of the spectacle.
Dismantling After the spectacle (3 hours approx.)
Staff for dismantling :
4 persons for dismantling and loading the scenography (3 hours approx)
1 sound technician until the end of dismantling and loading the material.
If the spectacle is at night, 1 lighting technician until the end of dismantling and loading the material
In case of using sand, the cleaning of the stage place, after the last spectacle, is the responsibility of the organiser
Spectacle at daylight
The day of the assembly:
1.- during meal times
2.- After finishing the assembly at night (around 22h) until the arrival of the company the day after to continue the assembly ( according to the assembly progress ). The exactly hour will be confirmed between company and organiser in the morning of the setting up.
During the spectacles:
1.- Since the end of one spectacle and until 3 hours before the next one.
